E621 Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Terms

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the e621 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.

These terms apply to all users of the e621 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the e621 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the e621 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and e621 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version in effect.

The e621 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any registration by an underage individual is void, and the account will be terminated immediately upon the platform becoming aware of it.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. e621 will never request your password via email or direct message under any circumstances. All activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have immediately reported loss of account access to our support team.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to provide valid identification documents upon request. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal limits being imposed or your account being temporarily suspended.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Users agree to use the e621 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate games or platform systems
  • Collusion or secret arrangements with other players to manipulate game outcomes
  • Attempting to circumvent a promotion's wagering requirement through dishonest means
  • Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits on the platform
  • Identity fraud or use of a third party's information without authorisation
  • Any action intended to damage the reputation, security, or operations of the e621 platform

E621 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of activity that violates these terms. During an investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended to facilitate the process.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the e621 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No currency conversion fees apply, as our platform operates entirely in MYR for the convenience of Malaysian users. Supported deposit methods include instant bank transfers, local e-wallets, and approved online payment methods.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change. Current limits can be checked under the Deposit section of your account. Successful deposits are typically credited to your gaming account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawal limits also apply, with both minimum and maximum amounts in effect. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by the e621 team before processing. In certain cases, additional documentation may be required before a withdrawal can be completed. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets are typically processed within one to three business days once all KYC requirements have been fulfilled.

Important Information on Promotions & Bonuses

All promotions and bonuses offered by e621 are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met in full before any associated winnings can be converted to cash.

Bonuses obtained through registration or deposits are only valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without compensation. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, e621's decision is final.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

E621 provides its online entertainment platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical disruptions. e621 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or technical failures beyond our control.

In the event of a technical failure that affects a game outcome — such as a disconnection mid-spin or an incomplete card deal — e621 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's account balance. This is standard practice and protects the interests of both parties.

Users acknowledge that all betting activity carries financial risk. e621 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting decisions. 6. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

E621 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice: breach of usage terms, suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering activity, multiple account registration, or when required by a competent authority.

If your account is suspended or closed for valid reasons, funds remaining in the account will be frozen pending investigation. Should the investigation find no evidence of fraud, the remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with standard procedures. If fraud is confirmed, e621 reserves the right to withhold the balance and pursue appropriate legal action.

Any valid balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met. Any bonus funds that have not fulfilled the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

All content on the e621 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to e621. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The e621 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. e621 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

E621 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from use of the e621 platform should first be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is taken.
